5. Quotes and Estimates
All quotes and estimates provided by NanoRevive are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue. Quotes are based on the information provided by the client and are subject to change if the actual scope of work differs from the initial assessment. NanoRevive is not responsible for inaccuracies in quotes resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client.
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement provided to the client. Generally, a deposit is required upon acceptance of the quote, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the project. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. Late payments may be subject to interest charges.
7. Financing
NanoRevive offers financing options through third-party providers. NanoRevive is not responsible for the terms and conditions of any financing agreement entered into between the client and the financing provider.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NanoRevive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the website or services; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our website; (d) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like, which may be transmitted to or through our website by any third party; (e) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the website.
